Order Processing
When you place an order, we get right on it. We will send you an email notification when we receive your order. We thoroughly screen every order. Ensure your details are accurate. After approval of your digital proof, we start producing.
Our normal production is 8 to 12 working days. We do our best to guarantee that every order is of the quality we pride ourselves on. In case of production delay or requiring additional information, we get back to you immediately.
Shipping Methods
We use reliable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. Our carriers are renowned for delivering safely and on time. We use safe packaging on your boxes during transportation. Our packages are tightly wrapped and shipped with care.
These measures guarantee the ideal condition in which your boxes arrive. If you want to use your preferred shipping carrier, kindly mention it while ordering.
Delivery Time
For orders in the USA, delivery usually takes place between 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped. This does not include production days. Your total time from receipt of order to delivery will be approximately 11 to 17 business days.
Delivery in certain cases can be faster. We inform you with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Employ the carrier’s website tracking code to be notified when your shipment is ready for pickup.
Shipping Fees
We promise your shipping cost stays low. Free shipping is provided for many orders in the USA. If your order isn’t one of those, there is a lower shipping fee charged at checkout. We base shipping fees on the weight and size of an order. We give you any shipping costs you will see upfront before you buy. That way, you know.
Order Accuracy
When placing an order, double-check that your address details are accurate as providing inaccurate details could delay or return it resulting in extra reshipping charges; should any errors occur be sure to make corrections immediately!
If a mistake was made during ordering, please take steps immediately to correct this information if spotted, as it will help expedite its arrival at its final destination.
Unclaimed Shipments
Once in a while, there may be a package that is not picked up. When it does, the package returns to our warehouse. You will be contacted when we receive the returned order. To have your order re-shipped, you might be charged a new shipping charge. We suggest tracking the package and having the package picked up promptly. This prevents delays and additional charges.
Delays and Unforeseen Issues

The moment your order departs; we’ll send you its tracking number so that you can enter it into the courier website to see shipment tracking details. Tracking allows scheduling of the delivery. It also puts your mind at ease knowing your boxes in transit.
